The room was lovely. free drinks filled the fridge. This was a nice touch. breakfast had good variety, but it was not overwhelming. also, the hotel provided quick check-in and check-out.

The front desk lady was very unfriendly. She gave the impression of arrogance at times.

The room was clean and spacious. I appreciated the free soft drinks in the minibar. This was a nice touch after a long day. The tram stop right outside the front door was convenient. This made it easy to get around.

I found accessing the front lobby of the hotel by car DIFFICULT. The air conditioning was not working very well. I informed reception about it.

i thought the location was very convenient. stores and restaurants were within walking distance. the bus stops were also very close.

after checking into the room, i found three cockroaches. the hotel quickly changed our room. i was moved to a room that was clearly intended for friends or relatives. there was a door between the rooms
